LOSE WEIGHT FAST WITH FAT BURNING DIETS

​?Losing weight is a constant battle for over 60% of Americans. Luckily, there are a few fat burning diets that can help you drop those pounds!  An important part of any diet, is of course exercise. Dieters cringe when they hear this word, however everyone can easily integrate 20 minutes of mild to moderate cardiovascular exercise a day. Walk the dog, run around with the kids, go on an after dinner stroll.

The second, and perhaps most important part of a fat burning diet, revolves around the food you eat. Fat burning diets should be high in protein, and low in saturated fats. Salmon is a great meat for you fat burners! It is loaded with protein and Omega-3 fatty acids that will boost your metabolism and well as burn more fat. Turkey is another healthy meat. It is full of protein, and naturally lower in fat than chicken!  Edamame makes for a great snack. They contain 0 grams of saturated fat, so don’t feel guilty when you load up on these soy beans! Jalapenos will not only add a kick to your meal, but will speed up your metabolism and heart rate with a chemical called capsaicin.  While dieting, water is the most important liquid in your daily regime.  Nevertheless, there is one drink that not only tastes delicious, but is any dieters dream drink! Green tea actually causes you to burn an extra 70-80 per day while consumed regularly.   That’s about 8 pounds per year!

Cardiovascular exercise combined with eating foods that help your diet instead of hurt them, will get you slimmed down and closer to a healthier, happier, you!
